“Batman: The Brave And The Bold” Picked Up For Additional 26 Episodes, Further Details
While no formal press release has been issued at this time, The World’s Finest can confirm that production on an additional 26 episodes of Batman: The Brave and The Bold is already underway. Expect further details on these upcoming Batman: The Brave and The Bold episodes to be revealed later this year as the first order of 26 episodes winds down.
Please note that details on the second season, including when and where it will air and more, will possibly be announced at the Cartoon Network upfronts scheduled for next month.
In related news, new credit information has also been released for scheduled upcoming episodes of Batman: The Brave and The Bold. The March 13th, 2009 episode “Mystery in Space” is written by Jim Krieg and directed by Brandon Vietti, with writer Todd Casey and director Michael Chang working on the March 20th, 2009 episode “Trials of the Demon!” The World’s Finest also confirms that Greg Weisman, known for his work on both the Gargoyles and The Spectacular Spider-Man animated series, will be writing an upcoming episode of the Batman: The Brave and The Bold.
