“Batman: The Brave And The Bold,” “Young Justice” Cartoon Network Schedule Updates
After a lengthy hiatus, Batman: The Brave and The Bold is returning to Cartoon Network in August 2011. The series has been off the Cartoon Network schedule since late May 2011, with the last new episodes airing back in April 2011. Batman: The Brave and The Bold will be returning to the 6:00pm (ET) Friday night timeslot on Cartoon Network beginning August 5th, 2011 with the episode “The Battle of the Superheroes!”
New episodes of Batman: The Brave and The Bold are scheduled to air during the Fall 2011 season on Cartoon Network. The series has recently completed production on the final episodes for its third and last season of regular installments.
Additionally, Young Justice will move to a new timeslot with the return of Batman: The Brave and The Bold to the Cartoon Network schedule. Beginning August 5th, 2011, Young Justice will air Fridays at 6:30pm (ET) on Cartoon Network. The episode “Schooled” is slated to air on August 5th, 2011.
While episodes are slated to continue airing, new Young Justice episodes are slated to air Fall 2011, beginning with the tenth episode “Targets.” The remaining episodes of the first season are slated to air out over the 2011 – 2012 regular television season before the second season, Young Justice: Invasion, begins in mid – late 2012.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment today released a new trailer for the upcoming Batman: Arkham City video game. The trailer focuses on The Penguin, who is featured in the upcoming video game sequel. Batman: Arkham City will be available October 18th, 2011 in North America for Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, Games for Windows PC and the PlayStation3 computer entertainment system. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment today released the new trailer for Batman: Arkham City showcasing the scheming villain in his role as the black market racketeer of Arkham. The foul fiend brings his criminal and financial genius, hand-to-hand expertise, treacherous toys and his feathered friends into the walled streets of Arkham City, with the sole aspiration of ridding the world of the Dark Knight.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment confirmed at Comic Con International 2011 that Stana Katic, star of ABCs popular series Castle, will voice the character of Talia al Ghul in Batman: Arkham City. The game will be available in North America beginning Oct.18, 2011, for Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, Games for Windows PC and the PlayStation3 computer entertainment system.
Talia is such a complex character and it was great to voice her in Batman: Arkham City, said Katic regarding her role in the game. I was amazed at all the detail put into the project and its great to see how excited the fans are about the game.
Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill reprise their respective roles as Batman and Joker in Batman: Arkham City, the highly-anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed Batman: Arkham Asylum video game, along with Emmy Award-winning Batman writer Paul Dini again penning the story.
