Trade Ad For Upcoming “Superman Versus The Elite” Direct-to-Video Animated Feature

Warner Home Video has released a new trade ad for the direct-to-video Superman Versus The Elite animated feature, slated to arrive on home video June 12th, 2012. The animated feature adapts the acclaimed story “What’s so Funny About Truth, Justice, and the American Way?” where Superman finds himself dealing with a new team of heroes called The Elite. According to the ad, the Superman Versus The Elite animated feature has a run time of 76 minutes and will be released on Blu-ray Combo Pack and single-disc DVD.

Green Lantern: The Animated Series – “Into the Abyss”
Airs Saturday, March 24
10:00 a.m. ET/PT on Cartoon Network

Synopsis: The Green Lanterns are called upon to save a cargo ship caught in a dangerous black hole-type anomaly. With help from Red Lantern Razer and Aya, the Interceptor’s AI, Hal and Kilowog must bring the ship and it’s valuable cargo to safety before they’re crushed alive.

Latest Issue Of “Young Justice” Comic Series Now Available Both In Print And Digitally

Young Justice #14, the latest issue of the new DC Comics title based on the current Cartoon Network animated series of the same name, arrives in comic book and hobby stores today. This issue features scripting duties by Greg Weisman and Kevin Hopps with Christopher Jones providing the art. Young Justice #14 focuses on Aqualad and his Atlantean background. Collecting the final fourteen episodes from the show’s second season, the two-disc Batman: The Brave and The Bold – Season Two, Part Two DVD collection is the latest home video release for the acclaimed Batman: The Brave and The Bold animated series.
