Latest Issue Of Monthly “Green Lantern: The Animated Series” Comic Title Now Available
Green Lantern: The Animated Series #2, the latest issue of the new ongoing DC Comics title based on the acclaimed animated series of the same name, arrives in comic book and hobby stores today. A digital copy will also be available through ComiXology and DC Comics. This issue features scripting duties by Art Baltazar and Franco with Dario Brizuela providing the art. Baltazar and Franco recently worked on the monthly Young Justice comic title published by DC Comics. The Green Lantern: The Animated Series monthly title features stories which take place in continuity with the animated series source material. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has provided the following behind-the-scenes video for the new Batman: Arkham City – Game of the Year Edition release. The new edition of the video game will be available in North America on May 29th, 2012 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. In Batman: Arkham City, players were drawn into the elaborate and engrossing world of the Dark Knight, and the reality of that universe depends on a talented team of foley artists and sound designers to bring it to life. In anticipation of the May 29th release of Batman: Arkham City Game of the Year Edition, this new video released by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment goes behind-the-scenes with professional insights from Game Director Sefton Hill of Rocksteady and foley artist John Roesch (The Dark Knight, The Matrix, Inception, Fight Club). Viewers get a chance to head into the studio where skilled foley artists create the sound of beating up Mister Freeze, and go out to the world famous Warner Bros. Studio to capture the sound of live gunfire in an urban environment reminiscent of the streets of Arkham City. The video will help players prepare for the release of Batman: Arkham City Game of the Year Edition, out on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on May 29 in North America.
Newcomers to last years Dark Knight adventure will be able to pick up Batman: Arkham City Game of the Year Edition on May 29 (North America), which includes all previous downloadable content (Catwoman Pack, Nightwing Bundle Pack, Robin Bundle Pack, Challenge Map Pack and Arkham City Skins Pack) plus Harley Quinns Revenge Pack. Fans who already own the original edition of Batman: Arkham City will be able to download Harley Quinns Revenge Pack beginning May 29 on PlayStationNetwork ($9.99) and the Xbox LIVE Marketplace for Xbox 360 (800 Microsoft Points).
