Exclusive Interview With “Superman: Unbound” Composer Kevin Kliesch

The World’s Finest caught up with Kevin Kliesch, who provided the music for the upcoming DC Universe Animated Original Movie Superman: Unbound, to discuss his work on the highly-anticipated animated feature.

Heavily involved in music from an early age, musician Kevin Kliesch has worked on a vast assortment of projects during his career. Composer for the recent Cartoon Network series ThunderCats, Kliesch’s other recent credits include Tangled Ever After, TMNT, X-Men: The Last Stand, and The Muppets, among other hits. His latest project is the film Superman: Unbound, which features music produced, engineered, orchestrated and performed by Kliesch. Superman must summon all of his physical and intellectual resources to protect his city, the love of his life and his newly-arrived cousin.

“Teen Titans Go!” Scores Hits High Ratings In Series Debut

Cartoon Network provided the following press details concerning the performance of the series debut of Teen Titans Go!, which aired on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2013 on Cartoon Network. The half-hour animated series – which features two 11-minute tales – airs new episodes Tuesdays at 7:30pm (ET/PT) on Cartoon Network, with rebroadcasts airing during the DC Nation programming block Saturday and Sunday mornings at 10:30am (ET/PT). The debut of Warner Bros. Animation’s new animated comedy-action series Teen Titans Go! on Tuesday, April 23, at 7:30/6:30c on Cartoon Network packed a ratings punch, ranking as the #1 kids program of the day on basic cable among Boys 2-11, 6-11, 9-14 and Male Teens.

It also ranked #1 in its time period among Kids 2-11 & 6-11 as well as Boys 2-11, 6-11, 9-14 and Male Teens, outpacing its timeslot competition on Nickelodeon and DisneyXD by double- and triple-digits among the show’s key demos of Kids 6-11 and Boys 6-11.

Teen Titans Go! delivered a 5.0 rating among its key demo of Boys 6–11 and more than two million Total Viewers

-Also among Boys 6–11, Teen Titans Go! grew from its lead-in by +35% (3.7 rating for Johnny Test)
