Video Clips, Images Released For Upcoming New Episode Of “Beware The Batman”

Cartoon Network has provided The World’s Finest with new stills and clips from the upcoming Beware The Batman episode “Safe,” airing Saturday, August 3rd, 2013 at 10:00am (ET/PT) on Cartoon Network. Beware the Batman incorporates Batman’s core characters with a rogue gallery of new villains not previously seen in animated form. Along with backup from ex-secret agent Alfred and lethal swordstress Katana, the Dark Knight faces the twisted machinations of Gotham City’s criminal underworld, including the League of Assassins. Beware The Batman
“Safe” airs Saturday, August 3rd, 2013 on Cartoon Network

Introducing the prototype of his newest product to the world – the Ion Cortex, a device capable of solving the world’s energy crisis – Bruce Wayne hires brilliant scientist Dr. Jason Burr to work on the project. The announcement also draws the attention of one of the most dangerous groups in the world – the League of Assassins. When one of the League’s deadly assassins, Silver Monkey, attacks Wayne Manor to kidnap Burr while Batman’s in Gotham, it’s up to Alfred and Katana to keep the assassin at bay until Batman’s return. But Katana is armed and ready for the task – with her legendary Soultaker Sword, a weapon she stole from the infamous League of Assassins!

Images, Clip From New DC Nation “Tales of Metropolis: Lois” Animated Short

Cartoon Network and Warner Bros. Animation have released media for new animated short-form content set to debut this Saturday, August 3rd, 2013 during the DC Nation programming block. The animated short “Tales of Metropolis: Lois” will make its debut this weekend. The hour-long DC Nation programming block airs Saturdays and Sundays at 10:00am (ET/PT) on Cartoon Network. The DC Nation animated shorts star a host of different DC Comics characters in varying styles, and are usually paired with live-action interstitials. Tales of Metropolis: Lois

The DC Nation airs Saturdays at 10:00am (ET/PT) on Cartoon Network, with an encore Sunday at 10:00am (ET/PT). The block kicks off with an all-new episode of Beware The Batman at 10:00am (ET/PT), followed with an special encore presentation of Teen Titans Go! at 10:30am (ET/PT). DC Nation shorts and behind-the-scenes content air during commercial breaks of the two above-mentioned shows, and rotate and change every week.

New Images And Video Clip From “Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox,” Feature Now Available

Warner Home Video has released new images and a clip from Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox, the new animated feature now available to own on home video. Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox is the latest installment of the successful ongoing DC Universe Animated Original Movies line from Warner Home Video, this time focusing on the famed DC Comics character The Flash. The animated feature is based on the recent DC Comics mini-series event “Flashpoint,” which resulted in the creation of the publisher’s current “The New 52” initiative. The all-new clip features Aquaman and Wonder Woman initiating their own personal World War with some hand-to-hand, Atlantean-Amazonian combat.

The all-new direct-to-video Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox animated feature from Warner Premiere, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation is now available to own on Blu-ray and DVD. Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox, the latest installment of the ongoing DC Universe Animated Original Movie line, adapts the acclaimed 2011 “Flashpoint” DC Comics mini-series by Geoff Johns and Andy Kubert. Warner Home Video distributes the direct-to-video animated feature, which is also available on Pay-Per-View, OnDemand and for legal Digital Download. August 2013 Episode Schedule Details For “Beware The Batman” On Cartoon Network

Cartoon Network has provided The World’s Finest with a first look at the August 2013 schedule for new Beware The Batman episodes slated to debut. Beware The Batman, which airs Saturdays at 10:00am (ET/PT) as part of the DC Nation programming block on Cartoon Network, offers a radical new take on the established Batman mythos. Beware The Batman is the latest animated series based on DC Comics characters to be added to DC Nation, Cartoon Network’s Saturday morning hour-long programming block. The series is joined by Teen Titans Go! at 10:30am (ET/PT) and additional all-new DC Nation animated shorts.
