Bio: A rotund and harsh man, Boss Biggis kidnapped the homeless
of Gotham City and forced them to work in his mine. Feeding them slop
and treating them unfairly, Biggis was eventually taken out when one of
his own "homeless" men turned out to be an amnestic Bruce Wayne. |
