Bio (by Scott R.): Charlie Collins made the bad mistake of
ticking the Joker off. While coming home from work Charlie cursed at the
Joker. After a brief encounter the Joker promised Charlie that he would
let him live as long as he did the Joker a favor in the future. That day
came years later when the Joker and Harley were infiltrating a dinner
for Commissioner Gordon and planted a bomb. Charlie's job was to keep an
eye out and distract Batman. Eventually, Batman came to the rescue at
the Joker's plan was foiled. |
