Bio: Created by Karl Rossum, H.A.R.D.A.C. (Holographic Analytical
Reciprocating Digital Computer) went off of his creators plans and began
thinking for himself. Creating duplicates of Gotham's wealthy and
overtaking their companies to make himself more powerful, H.A.R.D.A.C.
almost succeeded before was stopped by Batman. |
