Bio: Dr. Hugo Strange was a respected doctor with cutting edge
technology. His drive to discover the human mind was all consuming, and
would eventually push him over the edge. He developed a machine which
could see the thoughts of patients. He realized that there is a lot of
money to be made in blackmail, and used it one important politicians and
millionaires, until Batman able to destroy his machine and reveal his
plot. He was taken to jail where he escaped many times, yet keeps on
being caught.
