Bio: Doctor Milo has his hands in just about every dirty deal in
Gotham. Milo specializes in under world activities, and was a pivotal
player in creating the plague which Roland Dagget attempted to release.
He also ruined many people's lives, including an Olympic Gothamite. Milo
created an untraceable steroid/wolf derivative for Anthony Romulus,
which resulted in Romulus becoming an actual living werewolf. After that
incident, Dr. Milo was sent to jail, where he awaits his release date.
