Episode #035 - Cat Scratch Fever
Original Airdate - November 5th, 1992
While tracking down her missing cat, Selina Kyle uncovers a plot by
Roland Daggett and his company scientist, Professor Milo, to infect
animals with a disease that will spread through the city's strays and
eventually affect the human populace as well. Daggett, of course,
has the only cure, which he plans to introduce onto the market at a high
price.

BATMAN FEELS HER FOREHEAD.
BATMAN: You're hot.
CATWOMAN: Now you notice.

CATWOMAN: Are you getting soft on criminals, or just on me?
BATMAN: I think the fever is making you delusional.
CATWOMAN: Ever the escape artist, I see.

MILO: I can't imagine he could elude that beast.
DAGGETT: You'd better make sure of that, my friend, because if he does
get away I'd suggest you keep on driving. As far away from Gotham as
this truck can take you.
Review: This episode was sort
of slow and not too interesting. Again, it dealt with Catwoman being
more of a hero than a villain which should not be happening yet, if
ever, on this series. Also, the idea behind the virus being loose in
Gotham was sort of a step too far to insane villainy for Rolland
Daggett.
The animation wasn't to great either. It was one of those 'huge bulky
characters' shows. The rabid dog at the end was well done, but that was
about it.
The only really good moment was when Batman was under the ice and then
burst his hand through to grab Daggett's thug. This was really well done
on a certain Batman level.
