CAPTAIN CLOWN THROWS THE GARBAGE CAN INTO THE RIVER. THE CAN FLOODS AND SINKS.

JOKER PLUMMETS OVER THE RAILING AND GETS CAUGHT ON A ROPE, HOVERING OVER THE MOLTEN METAL.
JOKER: Batman! You wouldn't let me fry, would you?!
BATMAN STOPS AND CONSIDERS IT.
JOKER: Bat-man!!
BATMAN PULLS JOKER UP.

Review: A better Joker-esque episode with the Clown Prince of Crime actually poisoning Gotham so that they would be permanently insane. Naturally, Batman stops this, but it is still a nice effort on the Joker's part.

The story is pretty much all action, which is good for a change. The animation at parts is very well done, especially Batman avoiding falling into the molten metal in the garbage dumb while Joker toys with pulleys. Unfortunately, the drawings lack depth, with characters acting more rubbery, and not keeping a constant form.
