Vulture, the Terrible Trio pick Gotham clean, until they encounter the

BATMAN: Scoundrels like these are worse than the Joker. At least he's
got madness as an excuse.
Review: The great idea of
having three millionaires committing crimes because they're bored was
totally ruined by this episode. It just wasn't handled right. They were
characters you didn't really care about and were sort of annoying. The
main character of the three is Fox, and the others, Vulture and Shark,
sort of take a back seat and are not needed at all.
The animation was strange. There were many no-no's of the Batman style,
such as the lips on Robin when being dragged out of the river, and the
bubbley characters who moved without a skeleton. Also, the characters
seemed to be drawn as if they were shorter than normal.
The only really good scene (which wasn't too good at that) was at the
end where Fox tries to bribe Batman out of taking him to jail. He then
decides to forget about it since he has the best lawyers money has to
buy. Instead, he ends up in the crummy Blackgate sharing a cell with a
huge thug who's clipping his toenails.
