Bio: When Jim Tate was having financial troubles, Hegedesh
stepped in to help him. By performing a few illegal acts, Tate was well
paid, though he was found out by Batman. When Tate attempted to turn
himself in, Hegedesh nearly killed him before he was stopped by Batman. |
