Bio: Draaga was the undefeated champion of War World's battles.
He was the ultimate gladiator and was able to take down every person
that was thrown at him, but not Superman. Superman defeated Draaga, but
refused to kill him. This angered Mongul who then ordered both to be
executed; however, the crowd loved Superman, forcing Mongul to allow him
to live, but his orders for Draaga remained. Superman was able to get
the prison guards to allow Draaga to live, by putting him on a garbage
dumpster, taking him to a different planet. It's here he met up with
Green Lantern and Hawkgirl, who were searching for both J'onn and
Superman. He got them to give him a lift back to War World, so he could
defeat Superman.
It was when he was back on War World that he learned that Mongul
threatened to destroy his planet, and Superman was going to lose the
fight in order to save it. Taking this in, Draaga aided Superman and
Mongul fell.
Draaga is currently the ruler of War World, with Mongul presumebly in a
prison somewhere. |
