Bio: With the original Watchtower long-since destroyed to stop the
Thanagarians' device that would be used to destroy Earth, the
Justice League created a newer, more high-tech tower to
accommodate the now much-larger Justice League Unlimited.
The Watchtower was decommissioned after the Cadmus incidents. The
Justice Leagues new base is on Earth, so they could "be closer to the
