Bio: After stealing a Jade Dragon statue made of Kryptonite,
Joker makes a deal with Lex Luthor to kill Superman in exchange for $1
billion dollars. In the process, Batman comes to Metropolis; the deal
extends to killing both. The plan eventually fails and Harley's returned
to prison, while Joker's body is lost at sea.
