Biography:
An old "friend" of Alfred Pennyworth, Ewan Fripp came to Gotham
in search of a lost, stolen treasure. Though he claimed it was for
historical purposes, it quickly became clear he wanted the treasure
only for himself.
During a scuffle with Mr. Freeze, The Penguin and The Batman, the
underwater ship that contained the treasure became flooded with
water and the treasure escaped from the ships hull and scattered
around Gotham Bay.
