“Batman Beyond” Animated Series Returns January 2013 To The Hub Network

After a brief hiatus from the network, Batman Beyond is set to return to the The Hub network beginning January 7th, 2013. The series will join network mainstays Batman: The Animated Series and Superman: The Animated Series as part of the Monday – Friday weekday line-up, airing at 6:00pm (ET/PT). Batman Beyond was part of the network’s initial schedule launch back in October 2010. Batman Beyond follows the adventures of a new futuristic Batman in Gotham City roughly 40 years in the future. Batman Beyond airs regularly Monday – Friday at 6:00pm (ET/PT) on The Hub, with additional airings throughout the week, beginning January 7th, 2013. Additionally, also starting January 7th, 2013, Batman: The Animated Series will air Monday – Friday at 5:30pm (ET/PT) and Superman: The Animated Series will air Monday – Friday at 5:00pm (ET/PT).

When Robin discovers the truth, he finds that the case is connected with Tony Zucco, a gangster who was responsible for the death of Robin’s parents.

Robin heads off in hot pursuit of Tony Zucco, despite Batman’s forbidding him to do it. Some tricky detective work takes him to the crook’s hideout at the old amusement pier where Zucco has accidentally trapped Batman.

“Summer Nights” have arrived on The Hub! For two weeks only, the hottest Hub shows that both kids and their parents love to watch will be presented in a two-hour block on weeknights starting Monday, July 30 at 8pm ET / 5 pm PT leading off with Batman: The Animated Series.
