Details on Final Issue of "The Batman Strikes" Comic Series

The World's Finest has obtained official details on The Batman Strikes #50, the last issue of the series.
The final issue of The Batman Strikes will follow a Halloween-theme and will feature The Demon Etrigan in a guest-starring role. The final issue, featuring art by Christopher Jones and story by James Peaty, will hit shelves on October 1st, 2008.
Stay tuned next week for both the official announcement of the issue by DC Comics and a look at the cover art for the highly-anticipated final issue of The Batman Strikes. The World's Finest has confirmed The Batman Strikes is being cancelled to make way for a new comic series based on the upcoming Batman: The Brave and The Bold animated series.
