“Young Justice,” “Batman: The Brave And The Bold” Episode Schedule For August 2011

According to Cartoon Network, Batman: The Brave and The Bold is back on the network starting August 5th, 2011, returning to the 6:00pm (ET) Friday timeslot. Reruns of the acclaimed animated series slated to air for the month. Schedule details for Batman: The Brave and The Bold episodes airing during the month of August 2011 are available below, with descriptions directly from Cartoon Network.

Friday, August 5th, 2011 at 6:00pm (ET) – “#57 Battle of the Superheroes!”
The Man of Steel and the Caped Crusader do battle after Superman is infected with red kryptonite. Batman must find a way to turn Superman back to his old self because he is going to need all the help he can get when Lex Luthor unleashes his latest scheme on Metropolis.

Friday, August 12th, 2011 at 6:00pm (ET) – “#51 Bat-Mite Presents: Batman’s Strangest Cases!”
Bat-Mite hosts a series of Batman’s most bizarre adventures including the Mad Magazine-inspired Batboy and Rubin, a Japanese-influenced Bat-Manga and a guest starring role from the Scooby Gang and Weird Al Yankovic.

Friday, August 19th, 2011 at 6:00pm (ET) – “#52 The Malicious Mr. Mind!”
Batman and the Marvel family take on the evil Dr. Sivana and the Monster Society!

Friday, August 26th, 2011 at 6:00pm (ET) – “#53 Joker: The Vile and The Villainous!”
Joker teams up with the Weeper to stop Batman!

September 2nd, 2011 at 6:00pm (ET) – “#54 Shadow of the Bat!”
Batman gets infected by a vampire bite, and proceeds to attack his JLI friends!

Cartoon Network has also released schedule details for the August 2011 installments of the acclaimed Young Justice animated series, the show moving to the 6:30pm (ET) timeslot beginning August 5th, 2011. Reruns are currently slated to air during the month of August 2011, but new Young Justice episodes are slated to air Fall 2011, beginning with the tenth episode “Target.” The schedule break-down is as follows below.

Friday, August 5th, 2011 at 6:30pm (ET) – “#5 Schooled”
Superboys anger over his non-relationship with Superman is getting out of control. He refuses to train with Black Canary, and when the team faces an opponent that even the Justice League had trouble defeating, the Boy of Steel goes rogue.

Friday, August 12th, 2011 at 6:30pm (ET) – “#3 Welcome to Happy Harbor”
After Speedy declines to join the new team, Robin, Aqualad and Kid Flash fear Young Justice is just a big jokewhile new member Miss Martian fears theres no room for her to be part of it. So when the four heroes and Superboy come up against Mister Twister, it looks like all their fears have just been realized

Friday, August 19th, 2011 at 6:30pm (ET) – “#6 Infiltrator”
Artemis faces an uphill battle trying to win over her new teammates as she tries to fill Red Arrow’s boots on a mission he initiated: saving a brilliant young scientist from the League of Shadows.

Friday, August 26th, 2011 at 6:30pm (ET) – “#7 Denial”
When the team investigates the disappearance of Kent Nelson (formerly Doctor Fate), the scientific-minded Wally West is forced to confront his disbelief in magic while battling Abra Kadabra and Klarion the Witch Boy for the ultra-powerful helmet of fate.

Friday, September 2nd, 2011 at 6:30pm (ET) – “#8 Downtime”
After a disastrous mission with the team, Aqualad returns to Atlantis to choose between a life on the surface world or one beneath the waves with the Aquagirl of his dreams. But other forces are at play, which may make Aqualad’s decision for him.
