Initial cast and crew details have been revealed for the upcoming Superman: Unbound animated feature, set to hit Blu-ray, DVD, OnDemand and Download come Summer 2013. The animated feature is part of the popular DC Universe Animated Original Movie line from Warner Home Video. Superman: Unbound is a loose adaptation of the Superman: Brainiac comic book storyline, written by Geoff Johns, and features Superman dealing with the intergalactic threat known as Brainiac. A ten-minute preview of the animated movie is included on the upcoming home video release of Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part Two – the next installment of the direct-to-video DC Universe Animated Original Movie line hitting shelves January 29th, 2013 – and features a rundown of the initial cast and crew details.
